First time there yesterday and have to say great experience. Met up with a friend from high school and our waitress made for a very nice mini reunion. Food was excellent, and the way they have helped the community and are continuing to is awesome. We WILL be back next time we are in the area.

First timer today had to take out because of covid but it’s ok The fish and mushrooms were very good service is the best they can be and their commitment to the children and the community is priceless get out and support J&S Hamburg they earned it

I mean, c'mon. I've been coming to J&S since I was 2 years old, and never have they let me down. This is THE place to go for a tasty burg.

great burger! 1st time visit to J&S. was visiting Traverse City end of Sept 2020. needed dinner but didn't want something I can get @ home. I tripped across J&S! Fun little dinner place(I visited the place just west of town on the main e-w "drag" (front st??).. small like a waffle house w outside seating. 2 burgets, fries & a drink cost me $30 so a bit pricey..but great food!! So why 4 stars?? it took a bit longer than I had liked & when I got back to our hotel the fries were cold, tho STILL good! If we had decided to dine in the fries would have been hot I'm sure.

Breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong with J&S! Great prices, great food,and great staff!
